The use of our website is normally possible without providing personal data. Terehov; Rintheimer Hauptstraße 25; 76131 Karlsruhe; Germany; provider of the App gazzer.io, hereinafter referred to as "App", are responsible for the personal data of the user of the app ("you") as defined by the German Federal Data Protection Act (in German "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz").

We are especially concerned about the protection of your privacy and the trust you place in us. Therefore, we take the protection and security of your personal data very seriously. Your personal data are collected, processed and used only in compliance with the provisions of data protection law, in particular the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG).
Below, we have provided comprehensive information about the data collected as you use our App, services and products how these are collected or used by us. We would also like to inform you about the associated protective measures we have taken in both technical and organizational terms.


2. Collection and use of your personal data



Personal data are all data relating to the personal and factual nature of a particular or identifiable natural person. Your personal data therefore includes all the data that can be attributed to your person, such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.

We collect and use your personal information to enable you to use the services offered in our app. We only collect, process, and use personal data if and provided that you have voluntarily provided us with the data in question for specific data collection and/or use of data, a legal provision allows the specific collection of data and/or use of data, or you have explicitly agreed in advance to the collection of data and/or use of data.

Customer account: When creating your personal customer account, various data (such as e-mail address, name, gender, address, date of birth and telephone number) are requested via the form provided during the registration process. Providing your phone number is optional. Your data will be used to manage your customer account and provide features such as communication to other attendees of a meet up.

Facebook Connect: You can also log on to an existing account via Facebook Connect. By doing so, we will receive details about your Facebook profile. By registering using this option, Facebook will also receive, save and use your data. These data include, your e-mail address, first and last name, your gender and your date of birth. If you do not want Facebook to receive your profile, we recommend you create a customer account in the app.

Contact via e-mail: If you contact us, for example, to provide us with feedback, the collection, processing and use of your voluntarily communicated contact data (e.g. name, e-mail address) will be used to answer your e-mail and/or other requests or suggestions.

The personal data collected for the aforementioned purposes will be used exclusively within the framework of the purposes we have outlined here, or to the extent that it is necessary to safeguard our legitimate own business interests. A transfer of your personal data to third parties will only occur if and insofar as this is necessary within the framework of the aforementioned purpose, for example, to Stripe for the processing of payments. Furthermore, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent, unless legal or official requirements oblige us to do so.


3. Data security



We use technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data collected or compiled, in particular against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or against an attack by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are being continuously improved, in line with technological developments.

You can revoke any consent you have granted to us at any time, with immediate effect. In addition, you have the right under law to request free information about personal data relating to you that we have stored, at any time. Under the law, you also have the right to request the deletion, blocking or correction of this data. Note on the use of the newsletter service "Mailjet"



We use the service provider Mailjet to send our newsletter. Mailjet is a service provided by Mailjet GmbH, Rankestr. 21, 10789 Berlin, Germany. When you register for our newsletter, the data you provide during the registration will be transferred to Mailjet and stored there. After registration, you will receive an e-mail from Mailjet to confirm your registration ("double opt-in"). Mailjet offers comprehensive analysis options on how newsletters are opened and used. Google Web Fonts

Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. It is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.

Server log files



The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files".
These are:

These data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
